Most of the brass urns are crafted by hand using a sandcasting process that is hundreds of years old. Depending on the design, an urn may go through as many as several processes before inspection and packaging.
The sophisticated process involves casting, embossing, etching, hammering and final finish on metal to form delicate floral / required patterns.
